Lead and manage implementation of a FedRAMP-compliant cloud SaaS licensing and compliance platform using Agile/Scrum. Responsibilities include project planning and governance, requirements and technical/functional design, integrations and APIs, data migration, testing, deployments, training, operations and maintenance, change control, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Produce project plans, security and disaster recovery plans, deliverables, bi-weekly schedules, and monthly status reports while coordinating with clients and IT governance.

Lead organizational change and project management efforts for an Accela-based centralized licensing and compliance system. Responsibilities include process assessments, OCM planning (Prosci ADKAR), change readiness, stakeholder and communications management, training/change agent development, governance and KPI definition, and continuous improvement to sustain adoption.

Design, develop, and manage enterprise BI reports and dashboards; define reporting framework and data flows; ensure data quality, monitoring, security, defect management, testing, and technical knowledge transfer to client staff.
