Provides settlement services to immigrants through individual and group support, needs assessments, referrals, mentoring, workshops, community forums, and public information meetings. Builds relationships with community partners, promotes the program, supports community integration, prepares reports and newsletters, and maintains confidential immigration-related records. The role also assists with contract reporting and coordinates settlement activities across communities.

Provides information literacy instruction, in-person and online research assistance, copyright education, and support for students, faculty, and library staff. Manages copyright guides and tools, assists with interlibrary loan and course pack processes, and co-manages the institutional repository. Serves as a liaison to the Squamish campus and collaborates with library teams, faculty, and student support partners on learning and service initiatives.
