The Controller will build scalable accounting processes, implement an ERP, manage quote-to-cash operations, own AR, AP, payroll, tax, compliance, financial statements, and audit readiness. The role will lead Cape through its first PCAOB audit, maintain GAAP-compliant books, improve close processes, and hire and develop the accounting team.

Drive revenue growth by selling privacy and security solutions to the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy. Manage strategic government accounts, develop pipelines, navigate procurement and contracting processes, close new business, and expand existing relationships. Serve as a trusted client advisor while providing market intelligence and coordinating with marketing, business development, product, and technical teams. The role requires defense-focused enterprise sales experience, technical aptitude, an active TS/SCI clearance, and travel up to 75%.

Provide strategic administrative support to the VP of Engineering by managing calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, coordinating travel, serving as a stakeholder liaison, handling ad hoc projects, and improving operational efficiency. The role requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, strong communication, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
