Serve as Cape's first in-house lawyer owning companywide legal work: regulatory compliance (FCC, state licensing), government and commercial contracts (FAR/DFARS), IP, employment, and risk frameworks. Advise Engineering, Product, Business and Operations, build legal processes and templates, manage outside counsel, support government contracts and defense program compliance, and partner on corporate transactions and leadership-level legal strategy.

Lead the rollout of new cellular networks, ensuring operational standards and user experience. Manage project plans, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.

The Telecommunications Architect role involves designing and implementing core networks, ensuring reliability and interoperability while driving security innovations for a privacy-centric cellular service provider.
