Drive revenue growth by selling privacy and security telecommunications solutions to the U.S. Navy. Develop strategic account plans, navigate government procurement and contracting processes, build sales pipelines, close new business, expand existing accounts, and maintain long-term government relationships. The role also requires competitive intelligence, client issue resolution, collaboration with marketing and product teams, technical task automation, active TS/SCI clearance, and travel up to 75%.

Own HR operations including reporting, employee support, onboarding, payroll and benefits coordination, compliance documentation, HRIS file maintenance, and process improvement. Partner with Finance, Recruiting, HR, IT, Sequoia, and Remote to ensure accurate employee data and smooth employee experiences. Build scalable workflows, FAQs, reports, and dashboards while responding to employee questions and identifying process bottlenecks.

Own capture lifecycle for government and defense opportunities: conduct market research, build capture plans and win themes, write RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and technical proposals, coordinate pricing and cross-functional inputs, maintain reusable proposal content, represent the company to customers, and drive pursuits to contract award. Requires translating complex technical capabilities into compelling customer-facing content and managing multiple concurrent proposals under tight deadlines.
