The GRC Engineer will automate continuous controls monitoring, mature SOC 2 and CMMC compliance programs, manage risk assessments, policies, vendor risk, access reviews, audit preparation, and remediation. The role partners with Security and Engineering leaders to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls, build compliance tooling, support customer security due diligence, and improve scalable governance processes.

Own technical program management for Cape’s network team, including Jira task tracking, dependency management, roadmap planning, timeline accountability, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication. The role will assess technical feasibility, deconflict priorities, translate between engineering and business stakeholders, and help establish program management processes as the network organization scales.

Build and scale Cape’s FP&A infrastructure, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting. Partner with leadership, RevOps, accounting, analytics, and operations to translate business priorities into financial plans, actionable insights, and capital allocation recommendations. The role also supports board materials, investor updates, process automation, and scalable reporting systems in a high-growth technology environment.
