Coordinates the administrative, operational, and logistical delivery of third- and fourth-year medical student clinical rotations. Responsibilities include scheduling placements, managing room bookings, auditing evaluations and grades, proctoring exams, validating teaching hours for payroll, onboarding preceptors, compiling accreditation data, and supporting the Med 3 and 4 Clerkship Committee. The role serves as a liaison among students, faculty, healthcare sites, and university administration.

Manage a multi-year rural aging-support research initiative by maintaining project plans, schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, vendors, documentation, governance, and reporting. Coordinate multidisciplinary sub-project teams, hiring and onboarding, research compliance, events, community sessions, and stakeholder communications. Support project execution, crisis management, post-mortems, and continuous improvement while collaborating with research, knowledge mobilization, HR, governance, community, and funding partners.

Develops and coordinates domestic student recruitment and engagement strategies across Western Canada. Builds partnerships with schools, colleges, community stakeholders, alumni, and internal university teams; plans recruitment events and brand activations; engages prospective students; conducts market research and analyzes CRM and enrollment data; manages regional budgets; supports marketing plans, strategic partnerships, and inclusive recruitment initiatives. Requires regional travel, event participation, stakeholder management, and flexible evening or weekend availability.
