Develop workforce plans, staffing scenarios, capacity models, and scheduling solutions using operational data and KPIs. Lead or support workforce transformation, process improvement, and project delivery initiatives. Collaborate with operational and senior client stakeholders to identify constraints, implement sustainable workforce models, communicate recommendations, and support organizational change. This is a hybrid consulting role requiring regular on-site client work.

Supports liquidity regulatory reporting controls by documenting data flows, business data elements, lineage, transformations, and controls from booking systems to reporting platforms. Performs SQL-based data analysis, test-case development, functional and business testing, quality remediation, root-cause analysis, requirements management, stakeholder coordination, and management reporting. Contributes to implementation activities, change control, documentation standards, and training junior team members.

Manage and improve trade surveillance and compliance monitoring programs for financial-services clients. Partner with product owners, technology teams, and stakeholders; lead strategic change, quality assurance, data-quality oversight, reporting, control optimization, and risk management. The role requires expertise with surveillance systems such as NASDAQ SMARTS, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience leading teams and governance-driven change.
