Manage daily payment operations, including deal validation, vendor payouts, customer collections, refunds, reconciliations, and transaction issue resolution. Investigate discrepancies, failed payments, suspicious instructions, platform bugs, and root causes. Partner with Finance, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve controls, automate workflows, support reporting, and ensure accurate, timely money movement.

Own partner marketing strategy for an embedded financing platform, including positioning, messaging, partner-rep campaigns, product launches, enablement assets, events, and pipeline generation. Build scalable AI-powered workflows for sales teams, test new marketing plays, and measure success through partner-rep engagement, retention, and funded-deal velocity. The role requires strong B2B partner or product marketing experience, data fluency, persuasive copywriting, and ownership of measurable outcomes.

Own large-ticket commercial credit underwriting, including financial analysis, credit memos, committee presentations, delegated authority, escalations, leasing structures, syndication, portfolio policy, and automation. Build standards for capital-markets partners, manage exceptions and concentration risks, coach underwriters, and improve decisioning through bureau data, scorecards, and AI. The role requires personally signing $1M+ credits, handling complex commercial files, and developing scalable credit processes across multiple jurisdictions.
