Inspects finished embroidered caps for accuracy, quality, cleanliness, and conformity with customer orders. Coordinates with embroidery operators and supervisors to resolve issues, performs minor repairs and foam removal, trims threads, rejects defective garments, and counts, sorts, packages, and prepares completed orders for shipping.

Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, support account executives and customer service representatives, communicate with customers and internal teams, organize and file records, manage multiple systems and screens, and meet daily production goals.

Operate sewing machines to produce knit caps, review daily order paperwork, thread machines, position and guide garments under needles, maintain quality and measurements, meet fast-paced production goals, lift and move materials, and cross-train as needed.
