Provides front-desk support in family medicine offices by greeting patients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, enrolling patients in the Patient Portal, maintaining records and accounts, collecting charges, processing claims, managing supplies, and protecting confidential information. The role is on-call with a flexible schedule across offices in Spanish Fork, Springville, and Mapleton, Utah. Spanish-speaking ability and prior medical receptionist experience are preferred.

Greet and assist patients in person and by phone, schedule appointments, maintain patient records and accounts, enroll patients in the patient portal, collect payments and process claims, manage office inventory and equipment, and uphold confidentiality and office procedures.
