Serve as the clinic's first point of contact: greet and check in patients, manage appointment scheduling, answer phones, maintain patient records, assist with billing/insurance verification, and provide general administrative support while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Support social media presence by creating, editing, scheduling posts; engaging followers; tracking analytics; helping run campaigns; maintaining content calendars and healthcare-relevant, compliant content.

Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic pain: evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, assist with or perform interventional procedures under physician supervision, coordinate multidisciplinary care, educate patients, monitor progress, and document encounters in the EMR.
