Provides technical and analytical support for county enterprise applications, including issue troubleshooting, testing, deployment, administration, reporting, documentation, and user assistance. Supports SQL queries, SSRS reports, application upgrades, web application troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and system improvements. Escalates complex issues to senior technical staff and translates business needs into technical requirements.

Designs, implements, configures, secures, and maintains county-wide wired and wireless network infrastructure. Responsibilities include administering switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, VoIP, NAC, and QoS; troubleshooting and monitoring networks; delivering infrastructure projects; researching upgrades; maintaining documentation, inventories, and patch cycles; supporting staff; and assisting with audiovisual systems. The role includes local travel, occasional evening or weekend work, and network orientation for county personnel.

Develops, tests, implements, and maintains client/server, standalone, and web applications. Responsibilities include coding, debugging, performance tuning, software testing, troubleshooting defects, managing service desk issues, maintaining technical documentation, evaluating technologies, training end users, and providing application support. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and project management, occasional after-hours support, and occasional local travel for installations or user assistance.
