Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across the Americas and EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely pay. Build and coach a distributed payroll team, support global expansion and entity launches, drive payroll transformation and automation (including AI), manage vendors and audits, establish controls and KPIs, and partner with Finance, People, Legal, and Systems to deliver scalable payroll processes and reporting.

Own end-to-end lead management in Salesforce and integrated systems, architect lead routing/prioritization/attribution, implement AI for intent processing and enrichment, ensure GTM data quality and governance, serve as Salesforce SME for lead and campaign management, partner with Sales/Marketing/Ops, and reduce manual processes to improve conversion and seller productivity.

Support Lead-to-Opportunity systems for sales productivity: gather requirements, build/configure Salesforce solutions (Flows, validation rules, reports), maintain automations and data quality, support UAT, collaborate with Sales Ops and cross-functional teams, and identify AI-driven improvements to streamline seller workflows.
