Provide legal advice and support to trading, treasury, and operations; draft, review, and negotiate ISDA, prime brokerage, and repo agreements; ensure regulatory compliance; manage transaction execution and legal risk; update documentation standards; collaborate with trading, compliance, and risk teams; monitor regulatory developments and participate in strategic projects.

Manage and monitor pre- and post-trade credit and capital controls under SEC Rule 15c3-5. Design and calibrate pre-trade controls, investigate breaches, support client onboarding, produce regulatory and senior management reporting, and partner with Technology, Compliance, and Trading to automate and enhance market access controls.

Manage and administer authentication, PAM, and identity governance systems; integrate IAM into CI/CD with DevSecOps; enforce cloud security policies (AWS/Azure/GCP); support incident response; document configurations and advise IT teams; automate identity governance and workflows using AI where applicable.
