Provide Level 2/3 production support for Unix/Linux-based market-data and order-entry systems. Collaborate with global support teams and financial-institution clients to maintain system reliability and improve support processes.

Lead the design, testing, governance, and implementation of AI-assisted workflows across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Risk. Responsibilities include prompt and agent logic development, process mapping, requirements gathering, AI output validation, automation documentation, stakeholder collaboration, production transition, troubleshooting, and training. The role supports scalable, compliant finance transformation using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Alteryx, and UiPath.

Serve as the primary technical liaison for financial institution and buy-side clients, leading binary and FIX API integrations across regions. Manage pre-sales scoping, implementation, testing, rollout, production support, and enhancements. Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, coordinate with sales, product, development teams, and vendors, gather requirements, support client relationships, and create documentation and training materials for trading and straight-through-processing integrations.
