Provide high-level administrative support to senior Finance and Risk executives, managing complex calendars, travel, events, expenses, correspondence, and cross-functional coordination while handling confidential information and anticipating team needs.

Provide 24/7 application support for trading platforms: resolve production incidents, monitor systems across asset classes, maintain Production and UAT, liaise with development, document systems, support regulatory/reporting needs, identify operational risks, and ensure team training and clear business communications.

Lead global first-line application support for FMX, define support strategy and SLAs, manage incident response and executive communications, drive automation/AI tooling, run stability reviews, own metrics and runbooks, and directly manage a ~10-person team while contributing to complex issue resolution.
