Lead global Procure-to-Pay transformation, process harmonization, supply chain strategy support, change management, performance reporting, technology and master data management, stakeholder collaboration, and governance. The role drives adoption of procurement platforms, improves purchasing and payment processes, ensures compliance, and partners with procurement, planning, logistics, customer service, and supply chain leadership across regions.

Leads the global finance process strategy, standardization, governance, transformation, automation, and continuous improvement agenda. Partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, controls, compliance, and scalability. Oversees process transitions, performance measurement, risk management, and the development of high-performing international teams.

Coordinate plant-wide training, mentoring, onboarding, skills assessments, and learning plans in a manufacturing environment. Administer the Skills Management system, maintain training documentation, monitor training execution, analyze progress and gaps, and report results to stakeholders. Deliver on-the-job and classroom training, support local mentors and trainers, promote capability-building initiatives, and collaborate with corporate training teams on global solutions. Travel up to 10% to support other sites and projects.
