Provides onsite and remote IT support, maintains local infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, servers, security systems, and workplace technology. Installs, configures, patches, monitors, and upgrades equipment; manages inventory and documentation; coordinates with vendors and remote IT teams; supports technology implementations, investment projects, budgeting, staff training, and executive users while minimizing downtime.

Support plant quality by applying SPC and MSA, managing calibration and CoA processes, conducting root cause analysis, monitoring CCPs, assisting audits, and driving continuous process improvements while ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Operate forklifts to load/unload and move inbound/outbound goods, perform pre-use equipment checks, use SAP/RFID scanning for inventory accuracy, follow FIFO and GMP/BRC standards, secure/label pallets, assist with general warehouse duties, housekeeping, stock counts, and equipment maintenance (battery/gas swaps).
