The program requires orientation, training, professional attire, a minimum 100-hour commitment, academic institution coordination, and satisfactory completion of university and supervisor objectives.

Leads the organization’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, including data architecture, engineering, reporting, business intelligence, governance, stewardship, quality, and platform modernization. Develops roadmaps, standards, dashboards, performance measures, and self-service analytics capabilities; manages vendors, budgets, projects, compliance, and data-related requests. Oversees responsible adoption of AI and machine learning while recruiting, coaching, and developing the Data & Analytics team.

Manages accounting operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, adjusting entries, financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, grant compliance, and Medicaid billing oversight. Supervises Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff, supports department accountants, monitors program expenses, identifies risks and opportunities, and assists management with financial analysis and special projects. Requires strong accounting expertise, analytical judgment, communication skills, and knowledge of financial software.
