Lead regional SDR and BDR managers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to run inbound and outbound teams, maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline, recruit and develop SDR managers, align with Sales, Marketing and Field Engineering, use data and CRM analytics for forecasting, and build culture and accountability across a remote, distributed sales academy.

The Sales Development Representative will handle customer inquiries, execute sales campaigns, collaborate with teams, generate leads, and identify market trends.

Define and drive UX strategy for Canonical's cloud networking products. Design interfaces and prototypes (GUI and terminal) for complex networking concepts, create scalable design systems, conduct user research with DevOps/SRE/network teams, mentor designers, and own cross-product working groups to improve network troubleshooting, observability, and configuration experiences at scale.
