Develops and sells production inkjet and digital printing solutions to major commercial print accounts. Creates strategic territory plans, presents solutions, manages complex consultative sales cycles, and engages C-level decision-makers. Mentors Account Executives on prospecting and opportunity forecasting while providing specialized color sales support. Requires capital equipment sales expertise, strong presentation and negotiation skills, business analytics, and extensive travel throughout an assigned territory.

Performs general ledger reconciliations, variance and balance sheet analysis, month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, reserve valuation, audit support, and account integrity testing. The role researches and applies US GAAP, monitors financial exposure, develops accounting procedures, supports inventory and fixed asset audits, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.

Leads optimization of Canon’s B2B online store experience through personalization, A/B testing, UX enhancements, on-site search, promotional content, and digital analytics. Analyzes customer behavior, website performance, KPIs, and Voice of Customer feedback to recommend improvements that increase engagement, satisfaction, and conversion. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, IT, Sales, Analytics, Merchandising, and external agencies.
