Provides onsite troubleshooting and first-time fixes for Canon products, minimizes recalls, manages parts and inventory, reports service activity using CAESAR, identifies commercial opportunities, supports customers and account managers, and trains users on Canon products and software. Coordinates EMEA strategic trade compliance and customs activities, including HS product classification, duty-cost reconciliation, customs-law review, process stabilization, and compliance support for company projects. Advises product and country teams, improves processes through automation and knowledge management, and coaches team members while maintaining accuracy, regulatory alignment, and operational efficiency.

Manage customer receivables and collections for an assigned portfolio. Contact customers about overdue invoices, payment commitments, deductions, and disputes; reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, initiate dunning, manage credit holds, and coordinate escalations. Produce aged-debt and portfolio reports, maintain customer relationships, support risk mitigation, improve processes, and complete credit control administration and departmental projects.
