Responsible for driving regional sales across Georgia by prospecting, qualifying, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle. The role manages pipelines, forecasts, proposals, RFX responses, negotiations, quotas, and CRM records. It also conducts market analysis, supports customer expansion and renewals, collaborates with account managers and operations, and helps improve internal sales processes. Travel within the assigned territory may reach 50%.

Leads Great Lakes resiliency, climate planning, and partnership initiatives; develops data-driven strategic recommendations; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams; presents client reports and visualizations; facilitates workshops; builds client relationships; and supports consulting practice growth. Requires extensive strategic consulting or organizational leadership experience, team leadership, coalition building, climate and resiliency planning expertise, and strong client presentation skills.

Leads CannonDesign’s Western Region Commercial Market through business development, client engagement, team leadership, recruitment, and strategic market planning. Drives new business, client relationships, brand visibility, integrated design services, profitability, and annual revenue targets. Partners directly with clients on billable projects, mentors staff, develops high-performing diverse teams, identifies market opportunities, and executes growth strategies across commercial, workplace, hospitality, sports, science, technology, and mixed-use projects.
