As a Specifications Coordinator III, you'll support project teams by ensuring design intent is accurately translated into documentation while managing project manuals and communication with stakeholders.

Lead complex design projects for HVAC systems in large buildings. Mentor team members, oversee project progress, and ensure quality assurance throughout design and construction phases.

Contribute to architectural design and visualization as part of a team, prepare designs, produce BIM models, and participate in project meetings. Requires experience in 3D rendering software and strong design portfolio.
