Builds strategic relationships with higher education, governmental, commercial, and research clients; leads high-profile projects; mentors teams; recruits talent; and strengthens market expertise and brand visibility. The role combines business development, client leadership, market intelligence, team development, and billable project engagement, with significant travel and a personal annual net signed-fee target of $5 million.

Supports mechanical engineering design under a licensed engineer for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Responsibilities include ductwork and piping design, equipment selection, building load calculations, energy modeling, Revit/BIM construction drawings, specifications, technical reports, submittal reviews, and construction site observations. Projects span educational, healthcare, commercial, and science and technology facilities.

Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based SaaS applications across the full stack. Responsibilities include feature development, application modernization, CI/CD, Docker and AWS deployments, monitoring, secure coding, code reviews, incident response, documentation, and performance optimization. The engineer collaborates with product, design, and engineering teams while contributing to SOC 2 compliance and improving product reliability and scalability.
