Under VP Marketing supervision, coordinate and implement marketing activities: develop and maintain marketing materials, create client presentation materials, edit promotional copy, assist with graphics and special projects, and represent the firm at events.

Lead design, implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA). Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI code, configure instrumentation and communications, manage projects and client coordination, produce documentation, and train staff to ensure reliable, safe automated processes.

Process bi-weekly full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees, maintain timekeeping and payroll data, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and prevailing wage laws, reconcile accruals, produce certified payroll reports (DIR/LCPTracker), and serve as primary payroll contact while collaborating with HR, accounting, and payroll vendors.

Coordinate and implement marketing activities under the VP Marketing, including creating and maintaining marketing materials, client presentation support, written promotional content, graphics, event representation, and special marketing projects to support firm growth.
