Designs and documents electrical power and control systems for industrial, public, and commercial projects. Prepares drawings, performs conduit/cable and voltage drop calculations, power system studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash), programs and troubleshoots PLCs and HMIs, implements SCADA and fieldbus networks, and commissions field instruments and motor controls.

Lead design, implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA). Develop and troubleshoot PLC/HMI code, configure instrumentation and communications, manage projects and client coordination, produce documentation, and train staff to ensure reliable, safe automated processes.

Coordinate and implement marketing activities under the VP Marketing, including creating and maintaining marketing materials, client presentation support, written promotional content, graphics, event representation, and special marketing projects to support firm growth.

Lead and deliver electrical engineering for low/medium voltage projects across water, utilities, renewable energy and infrastructure. Oversee designs, calculations, and construction documents; manage scope, schedule, budget; ensure code compliance; mentor staff; support business development and client engagement.

Design, program, integrate, test, commission, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA). Lead projects, coordinate with clients, create documentation, train staff, and improve process reliability and efficiency.

Process bi-weekly full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees, maintain timekeeping and payroll data, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and prevailing wage laws, reconcile accruals, produce certified payroll reports (DIR/LCPTracker), and serve as primary payroll contact while collaborating with HR, accounting, and payroll vendors.
