Enter, verify, and review data from source documents, purchase orders, and technical drawings using Microsoft software or databases. Resolve discrepancies, obtain missing information, assist with work orders, and ensure accurate, timely output. The role collaborates with customer service and production planning teams and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, attendance, and familiarity with manufacturing processes and bills of material.

Supports day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining employee records, updating ADP Workforce Now, auditing data, preparing reports, coordinating recruiting and onboarding, tracking training and certifications, assisting with benefits administration, organizing employee engagement activities, and supporting HR policy, process improvement, and special projects. The position is part-time and designed for a currently enrolled student interested in Human Resources or a related field.
