Manage and review customer and client invoices for accuracy and compliance, resolve payment and data issues, perform tax and bank verifications, handle invoicing-related tickets and emails, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Manage payroll processes for multiple legal entities: collect/update payroll data, ensure tax and benefits compliance, process attendance, assist onboarding/terminations, prepare reports and regulatory forms, support month-end close, and respond to payroll inquiries. Part-time role (70%) with occasional annual travel.

Provide multilingual (French) customer support for a B2B SaaS fintech: onboard users, triage tickets across email/chat/phone, reconcile orders/payments, identify escalation areas, liaise with teams, and share customer feedback to improve product and processes.
