Manage payroll processes for multiple legal entities: collect/update payroll data, ensure tax and benefits compliance, process attendance, assist onboarding/terminations, prepare reports and regulatory forms, support month-end close, and respond to payroll inquiries. Part-time role (70%) with occasional annual travel.

Manages day-to-day office operations for one office floor, including supplies, groceries, maintenance, service providers, visitors, deliveries, parking, accommodations, and concierge services. Coordinates internal and external events, happy hours, and gatherings while maintaining a pleasant workplace environment. Collaborates with the office manager on ad hoc projects and supports employees, candidates, and visitors in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Perform general ledger reconciliations, support monthly close, prepare and file tax returns, assist audits, handle year-end closing and intercompany/transfer pricing adjustments, and contribute to automation and process-improvement projects.
