Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting while partnering with executives and cross-functional teams. Build forecasts, financial models, scenario analyses, cash flow projections, and profitability analyses to support strategic decisions. Translate KPIs into financial targets, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare investor reports, fundraising materials, and board presentations.

Processes and reviews high-volume customer payments across multiple accounts, currencies, and entities. Performs daily bank reconciliations, records customer deposits and journal entries in NetSuite, resolves payment discrepancies with Accounts Payable teams, collaborates on complex cases, and supports month-end close by clearing outstanding transactions and coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders.

Supports accounts payable invoice and vendor payment processing, general ledger entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, intercompany balances, and accounting record maintenance. The role also assists with discrepancy resolution, financial data review, internal controls, ad hoc accounting projects, and process improvements while collaborating with global Finance and Controllership teams.
