Perform general ledger reconciliations, support monthly close, prepare and file tax returns, assist audits, handle year-end closing and intercompany/transfer pricing adjustments, and contribute to automation and process-improvement projects.

Own product launches and upgrades end-to-end: analyze and prioritize features, design specifications with stakeholders, coordinate technical delivery, run A/B tests, and use usage data to iterate. Focus on automating back-office workflows, improving UX, and launching revenue-generating client-facing features.

Process and reconcile high-volume global customer payments across multiple bank accounts and currencies; perform daily bank reconciliations; create customer deposits and journal entries in NetSuite; communicate with customer AP to resolve discrepancies; support month-end close and collaborate with internal teams on complex cases.
