Lead QA for ATM, switching, and digital banking ecosystems. Design and execute manual, automation, hardware, API, performance, and integration tests; manage QA lab environments and ATM simulators; build and maintain automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured); participate in Agile ceremonies; troubleshoot defects; produce quality metrics and continuously improve test strategies and CI/CD pipelines.

Lead design and development of consumer banking solutions using React and React Native. Define scalable architecture, modernize legacy components, optimize JVM/reactive performance, drive reliability and observability, mentor engineers, improve CI/CD and GitOps, and lead incident triage to ensure platform stability and SLAs.
