Manages approximately 15 digital banking clients across the Western U.S., driving retention, renewals, revenue expansion, and product adoption. Builds executive relationships, conducts business reviews, aligns digital strategies with client outcomes, presents recommendations, negotiates contracts, and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams. The role requires banking or credit union experience, consultative SaaS/PaaS selling expertise, and strong strategic account management skills.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot Java-based transactional microservices and cloud-native systems. Translate user stories into scalable solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling across GCP/AWS environments.

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for digital banking using React Native. Responsibilities include architecting, building, optimizing, testing, and troubleshooting iOS and Android apps; developing React Native plugins; integrating REST APIs; and collaborating in Agile environments. The role also involves supporting scalable, distributed systems and contributing to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
