Hands-on Communications Manager responsible for US media relations, PR execution, and employee communications. Duties include drafting and editing communications, pitching stories, briefing spokespeople, managing PR agency coordination, supporting executive thought leadership, amplifying earned media with social, tracking PR performance, and assisting with reputation and internal communications to keep the company aligned.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the CIO and CPO, including complex calendar management, global travel coordination, confidential communications, executive event planning, meeting documentation, expense processing, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires anticipating executive needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, managing priorities, and supporting leadership offsites, town halls, and board-related activities.

Develop and maintain production-ready mobile and backend software using React Native, React, Java, and Spring Boot. Translate business needs into technical solutions, participate in Agile planning and ceremonies, conduct code reviews, create documentation and proof-of-concepts, troubleshoot transactional applications, write unit tests, and optimize performance and delivery metrics. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams while contributing to roadmap planning, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, and continuous process improvement.
