Schedules and authorizes patient imaging tests, monitors incoming orders, documents authorization and account information, coordinates prior imaging studies, answers patient and provider inquiries, and serves as a liaison between patients, imaging facilities, and medical staff. Requires clear communication, confidentiality, and travel between practice locations as needed.

Schedules patient appointments, tests, hospital admissions, and physician activities. Handles incoming calls, referrals, authorizations, precertifications, patient records, copay collection, appointment changes, no-show follow-up, correspondence, and front-office support in a medical oncology clinic.

Greets patients, visitors, vendors, and employees; answers and directs calls; checks in patients; collects payments; gathers and updates demographic and insurance information; maintains the lobby; and supports front-office operations and special projects in a medical oncology clinic.
