Teams at Cancer Research UK (CRUK)

Lead organisation-wide business change initiatives supporting cyber security, data, and AI programmes. Develop change plans, assess impacts and readiness, create personas, design adoption interventions, influence senior stakeholders, apply Prosci ADKAR methodology, and transition changes into business-as-usual while building continuous improvement capability.

Develop and support full-stack applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and AWS cloud solutions using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js. Own business-critical corporate systems, modernize legacy applications, and improve reliability, security, performance, and maintainability. The role also contributes to engineering standards, automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The New Partnerships Manager will acquire valuable partnerships for CRUK, develop a pipeline of prospects, and manage partnerships. Responsibilities include collaborating with managers, leading pitches, adhering to compliance, and achieving partnership targets.
