Teams at Canary Systems, Inc.

Manages all HR functions, including HRIS administration, payroll for U.S. and Canada, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, performance management, and process improvement. Partners with company leaders on staffing, investigations, employee engagement, labor-law compliance, and organizational initiatives. Reports to the President and supports employees across the organization.

Manages the marketing and sales team, identifies business opportunities, develops client relationships, drives sales targets and margins, and oversees pipeline reporting and forecasting. The role also coordinates marketing collateral, delivers product demonstrations and presentations, prepares proposals and quotes, supports key account retention, and conducts internal sales training. Candidates should have technology-related solution sales experience, strong communication skills, management experience, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Leads a platform services team by coordinating workloads, mentoring staff, overseeing ticket quality and process compliance, resolving escalated issues, monitoring service metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Collaborates with project management, support, field services, implementation, and development teams to meet client and business needs.
