Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and trade-show engagement. Research industrial distribution accounts, qualify prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, and provide thorough handoffs. Help create the BDR playbook, document effective messaging, learn distributor workflows and ERP processes, and share market feedback with marketing and product teams.

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered B2B SaaS products serving wholesale distributors. Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to solve complex operational challenges, create intuitive workflows, prototype and test ideas, incorporate customer feedback and product data, and drive features from concept through launch. The role requires strong product thinking, comfort with ambiguity, attention to detail, and contribution to the company’s design system.

Build and lead Canals’ product marketing function, overseeing product and feature launches, market research, messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, customer communications, competitive intelligence, and adoption measurement. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive product adoption and cross-sell opportunities, influence the roadmap, and potentially grow a product marketing team.
