Serve as the company's second lawyer owning commercial contracts end-to-end, privacy and data governance, vendor agreements, and legal ops. Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS/AI agreements, build contract templates and playbooks, establish review SLAs, advise cross-functional teams, and manage outside counsel relationships.
