Manage multiple concurrent marine shipyard projects involving vessel maintenance, repairs, overhauls, dry dockings, inspections, modifications, and capital improvements. Coordinate shipyards, vendors, vessel crews, procurement, and operations while controlling scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and project closeout. Oversee technical execution, inspections, testing, sea trials, vessel handover, contractor performance, invoices, change orders, and continuous improvement across the fleet.

Supervise a team of Accounts Payable Clerks and oversee high-volume invoice and vendor payment processing. Resolve vendor issues, maintain relationships, support month-end close through journal entries and accruals, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls. Collaborate across departments, monitor performance metrics, process invoices hands-on as needed, and lead continuous process improvements using Workday, OnBase, TowWorks, and ERP systems.

Lead development and management of maritime compliance programs ensuring adherence to USCG, EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulations. Coordinate audits and inspections, liaise with regulators and auditors, support environmental and safety management, deliver training, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and collaborate with operations, legal, and executive teams.
