Conduct liquid cargo transfers, inspect barges and transfer equipment, follow safety and environmental procedures, perform minor maintenance, coordinate with dock personnel, and respond to emergencies. The role requires physically demanding marine work, including climbing, bending, stooping, and lifting 10–100 pounds. Shore Tankermen must be on-call, travel independently, and maintain required maritime credentials.

Supervise a team of Accounts Payable Clerks and oversee high-volume invoice and vendor payment processing. Resolve vendor issues, maintain relationships, support month-end close through journal entries and accruals, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls. Collaborate across departments, monitor performance metrics, process invoices hands-on as needed, and lead continuous process improvements using Workday, OnBase, TowWorks, and ERP systems.

Operate and inspect barges and transfer liquid cargos safely. Perform transfer operations, equipment and barge inspections, minor maintenance, customer liaison, emergency response, and physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing). Maintain certifications and follow safety/environmental procedures.

Plan, schedule, and deliver system migrations, integrations, platform implementations, and custom software projects. Maintain project artifacts, manage scope/schedule/budget/quality, coordinate technical teams and vendors, drive cutover/testing/user readiness, and support intake/prioritization and requirements elicitation while building business relationships.

Lead development and management of maritime compliance programs ensuring adherence to USCG, EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulations. Coordinate audits and inspections, liaise with regulators and auditors, support environmental and safety management, deliver training, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and collaborate with operations, legal, and executive teams.
