Conduct liquid cargo transfers between barges and shore facilities, following safety, environmental, and barge procedures. Inspect barges and transfer equipment, perform minor maintenance and repairs, coordinate with customer dock personnel, and respond to emergencies. The role requires physical labor, climbing, lifting 10–100 pounds, on-call availability, independent travel, and compliance with marine safety requirements.

Supervise a team of Accounts Payable Clerks and oversee high-volume invoice and vendor payment processing. Resolve vendor issues, maintain relationships, support month-end close through journal entries and accruals, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls. Collaborate across departments, monitor performance metrics, process invoices hands-on as needed, and lead continuous process improvements using Workday, OnBase, TowWorks, and ERP systems.

Lead development and management of maritime compliance programs ensuring adherence to USCG, EPA, OSHA, DOT, and other regulations. Coordinate audits and inspections, liaise with regulators and auditors, support environmental and safety management, deliver training, identify and mitigate compliance risks, and collaborate with operations, legal, and executive teams.
