Support and evolve content management platforms (AEM, Workfront) by gathering requirements, driving roadmap initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, managing platform governance, improving content operations, and leading workstreams from discovery through implementation, including adoption, training, QA, and release activities.

Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close for supply chain & transportation costs. Analyze transportation/logistics expenses, build financial models and KPIs, prepare variance reporting, partner with operations, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Support execution of IT infrastructure projects by coordinating squads, maintaining plans and delivery artifacts, tracking risks/issues, preparing stakeholder updates and governance materials, assisting with scope, schedule, financials, and program closure within established delivery frameworks.
