Supports the Quality team with data extraction, KPI reporting, dashboard maintenance, data validation, documentation, and ad hoc requests. Tracks quality improvement projects, action items, and deliverables while assisting with management presentations, meeting minutes, and administrative activities. The role provides exposure to manufacturing quality systems, Power BI reporting, and cross-functional project coordination.

Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, training guides, policies, and technical documentation for global manufacturing and sales operations. Interview subject matter experts, observe workflows, standardize documentation, support ISO and quality compliance, manage document control, and develop visual materials for training and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, EHS, and global operational teams while managing multiple documentation projects.

Support development and execution of energy storage projects by coordinating procurement, schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Track milestones, prepare project plans and status updates, manage vendor commitments, ensure contract compliance, identify process improvements, and support procurement and site operations. Assist with MS Project scheduling and promote excellent customer service.
