Manage end-to-end sales order lifecycle for US clients: quoting, contract/RFP execution, order allocation, delivery coordination, invoicing, claims, and client/stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.

Coordinate quarterly earnings preparations, review and edit investor communications, manage earnings logistics and IR platforms, oversee vendor contracts and budgets, partner with Finance/Legal/Executive teams, maintain confidentiality of material non-public information, and improve IR operational processes in a global environment.

Support quality assurance by developing procedures, performing inspections and tests, analyzing quality data, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions, managing supplier quality and ISO documentation, and collaborating with production to implement process improvements.
