Lead full lifecycle technical projects for government customers: plan, schedule, budget, staff, and deliver contract requirements. Manage employee relations, oversee IT program work, prepare cost proposals/RFP responses, enforce certifications and security clearance requirements, and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.

Provide onsite administrative support to FAA staff at MMAC: prepare multimedia and training materials, manage scheduling and enrollment, coordinate video/teleconferences, transcribe and distribute recordings/minutes, track project tasks, assist with travel and timekeeping, and maintain SOPs. Requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of transcription tools.

Support OCR by processing and resolving civil rights and privacy complaints, drafting case notes and closure letters, performing high-volume data entry, managing uploads/downloads to client portals, maintaining organized electronic records and audit trails, updating tracking systems, and supporting triagers and team leads. Follow SOPs and compliance standards; HIPAA and nondiscrimination knowledge preferred. Must obtain and maintain required customer clearance.
