Performs recuts of damaged or missing fabric pieces for production and cutting-room needs. Matches fabric shades, identifies pattern pieces, notches, drill holes, fabric sides, and thread direction, and returns completed pieces promptly to maintain production flow. Operates scissors and a vertical knife cutter in a manufacturing environment while meeting physical lifting requirements and maintaining attention to detail.

Coordinates production activities between contractors, factories, and internal departments to maintain workflow and ensure on-time production order delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring work-in-progress, finished goods receipt, raw material availability and requests, inventory sweeps, status reporting, logistics coordination, and resolving production, packing, pricing, and cost roll-up issues.

Performs bulk sewing operations across various garment styles and machines while meeting quality and productivity standards. Reviews raw materials, learns new operations, feeds production lines with quality panels, and follows company procedures. The role requires manual dexterity, garment component identification, teamwork, independent work, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with extended periods of sitting or standing.
