Develops, improves, implements, and evaluates manufacturing processes. Establishes labor standards through time studies, improves workflow and efficiency, supports Lean Manufacturing, implements layouts, maintains engineering and production data in Dynamics 365 and Leadtec, monitors KPIs and operator efficiency, conducts floor audits, and trains production staff. The role also supports costing, BOM mapping, equipment planning, reporting, and labor-standard discussions with employees and the union.

The role involves operating a cutting machine, maintaining fabric inventory, troubleshooting, and collaborating with team members on fabric cutting tasks.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes through time studies, labor standards, cost analysis, and Lean methodologies. Implements process changes, supports automation projects, mentors production staff, maintains KPIs, and uses shop floor control systems (Leadtec) and ERP/CAD tools to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
