Creates and produces print and digital marketing materials, advisor communications, web assets, social content, presentations, and event collateral. Partners with marketing stakeholders, manages multiple projects, applies brand systems, prepares production-ready artwork, coordinates print vendors, and maintains organized creative assets. The role requires strong design fundamentals, Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage projects from brief through completion.

Provides administrative and client-service support to Investment Advisors in a wealth management team. Responsibilities include processing and confirming transactions, executing trading orders, maintaining account records, compiling reports, managing client documentation, servicing clients, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role requires securities-industry knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce, and netx360 is beneficial.

Supports Investment Advisors by preparing financial plans, investment proposals, client communications, and account documentation. Participates in client meetings, assists with client relationship management, supports business development, and performs administrative duties. The role requires at least three years of financial services experience and offers development toward a Financial Planner career.
