Supports business development and prospecting for a boutique wealth management team. Responsibilities include researching high-net-worth prospects and referral partners, managing the sales pipeline, conducting discovery conversations, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings, supporting client acquisition and onboarding, and tracking activities in the CRM. The role also assists with investment strategy presentations and uses approved AI and analytical tools while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.

Executes equity, fixed-income, and foreign-exchange trades; invests incoming funds; rebalances portfolios; analyzes diversification, allocation drift, and equities; and supports portfolio strategy. Manages portfolio administration and client onboarding, prepares customized reports and market updates, assists with investment proposals, communicates with clients, and supports transfers, tax-loss selling, mandate reviews, and Portfolio Managers.

Processes and handles physical securities, cheques, certificates, trade confirmations, statements, GICs, and incoming mail. Performs messenger duties, supports the securities counter, completes securities re-registration and defunct securities removal requests, and provides coverage to the broader Securities team. The role requires strong administrative, customer service, organizational, communication, data processing, prioritization, and computer skills, with adherence to policies and deadlines in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
