As an AI Process Forward Deployed Engineer, you will deploy enterprise workflows, improve systems, drive adoption, and collaborate across teams to enhance AI integration in business processes.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound email, phone, event, and LinkedIn prospecting. Qualify inbound interest, book meetings for Account Executives, research accounts and personas, tailor outreach, maintain accurate Salesforce activity records, and learn Camunda’s enterprise software and value proposition. The role requires resilience, coachability, time management, curiosity about technology, and the ability to travel 4–6 times annually.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting Camunda. Develop technical adoption plans, provide hands-on guidance, conduct platform health checks, manage escalations, and coordinate with internal teams to improve customer outcomes. The role requires enterprise software experience, programming knowledge, solution architecture expertise, and Kubernetes familiarity. Regular client site visits may reach 50% during busy periods.
