Design, build, and operate AI agents, LLM integrations, retrieval pipelines, MCP servers, APIs, and workflow automations connecting Salesforce and other go-to-market systems. Deploy production-grade AI capabilities on GCP with validation, evaluations, access controls, observability, audit logging, and human escalation. Partner with revenue teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver reliable solutions, document workflows, mentor teammates, and enable business users to operate automations independently.

Build and evolve Camunda’s event-sourced distributed workflow engine and REST/gRPC/MCP APIs. Responsibilities include implementing and testing backend features, designing backward-compatible APIs, optimizing data access across RocksDB, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and PostgreSQL, adding observability, documenting designs, reviewing code, and participating in support and on-call. The role focuses on workflow automation, concurrency, event replay, process reliability, and enabling AI agents to control running processes.

Own and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS), drive ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit cycles, review customer security requirements and questionnaires, run and automate GRC tooling and continuous monitoring, and lead gap analysis and implementation for emerging compliance (e.g., Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act). Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Procurement, PreSales and PostSales.
