Own end-to-end planning and execution of Camunda's largest internal gatherings (Camunda Kickoff) and year-round culture/connection programming. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, stakeholder alignment, content curation, on-site production, and post-event retrospectives. Build scalable processes, maintain an events playbook, and measure event effectiveness.
