Design, build, and maintain highly available, durable, horizontally scalable backend services for a distributed streaming platform. Lead multi-month engineering initiatives, improve disaster recovery, implement operator tooling, collaborate on CI and DevOps, and participate in L3 support and on-call rotations to resolve production performance issues.

Build, maintain, test, document, and release Camunda 8 self-managed deployment artifacts, including Helm charts, C8Run, and Docker Compose. Improve installation, upgrades, and day-two operations while contributing to CI/CD, deployment automation, infrastructure testing, and shared tooling. Collaborate with support, consulting, presales, engineering, product, QA, and documentation teams; participate in medic rotations and resolve engineering support cases. Use customer feedback to prioritize improvements and help advance lifecycle ownership.

Drive annual recurring revenue growth across North American enterprise accounts through new business and expansion sales. Manage complex software sales cycles, including discovery, evaluations, presentations, negotiations, and customer meetings. Articulate Camunda’s value to technical and executive stakeholders, collaborate with solution engineering and partners, generate outbound pipeline, and lead high-performing account teams. The role targets large healthcare, life sciences, insurance, and medical technology organizations.
