Supports safe, reliable operation of electrical systems at a utility-scale power plant. Leads troubleshooting, system modifications, equipment reliability initiatives, project design and commissioning, technical documentation, compliance, outage support, and coordination with operations, maintenance, vendors, contractors, and regulators. Provides technical guidance and training while working safely around energized equipment and industrial hazards.

Leads shift-based operations at a 598-MW power generation facility, supervising plant personnel, coordinating unit operations with grid operators, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and overseeing startup, shutdown, maintenance, and outage activities. Serves as Incident Commander during emergencies and site authority when management is absent. Provides coaching, training, and performance feedback while supporting reliable and efficient plant performance.

Administers employee health, welfare, retirement, leave, and voluntary benefit programs. Processes enrollments, life events, COBRA transactions, and record updates; resolves issues with vendors, brokers, payroll, and employees; reconciles invoices and eligibility files; supports compliance, audits, open enrollment, reporting, communications, and wellness initiatives. Requires occasional travel for meetings and enrollment activities.
