Administers and supports Windows, macOS, Apple, mobile, and other endpoint systems throughout their lifecycle. Manages imaging, application deployment, patching, device management platforms, operating systems, software integrations, printer servers, licensing, and endpoint security. Develops PowerShell and Linux automation scripts, provides second- and third-level support, troubleshoots hardware and software, documents procedures, coordinates with vendors and technicians, and recommends hardware and software improvements.

Assist higher education clients in enhancing HR operations as an HR leader. Responsibilities include oversight of projects, training, and aligning HR processes.
