Oversee apartment village financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, billing, collections, reporting, purchase orders, audits, and regulatory compliance. Analyze financial trends, monitor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, support fiscal decisions, and prepare reports for leadership. Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate finance team, process resident charges, assist with move-in and move-out events, and train staff on finance and billing procedures.
