Manages operational execution across multiple residential properties, monitoring performance, resolving cross-site issues, coordinating site and centralized teams, and supporting leasing and renewal outcomes. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, facilities and maintenance oversight, vendor relationships, budgets, inventory, reporting, system compliance, emergency response, and continuous improvement. The role supports General Managers and Assistant General Managers while developing leadership capability for future General Manager responsibility.

Manages operational execution across multiple residential properties, monitoring performance, coordinating site teams, resolving cross-site issues, and supporting consistent standards. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, facilities and maintenance oversight, contractor relationships, budgets, revenue and expense controls, inventory, reporting, system discipline in Entrata and EliseAI, emergency response, and continuous improvement. The role supports leasing and renewal outcomes while developing leadership readiness for future General Manager responsibility.

Supports students in residence by fostering an inclusive community, facilitating social and educational programs, mentoring residence staff and council members, enforcing community standards, and assisting with conflicts, personal concerns, emergencies, and referrals. The role also includes administrative reporting, staff recruitment and training support, meetings, on-call coverage, health and safety compliance, and crisis response. Community Advisors must remain visible and approachable, maintain confidentiality, and serve as positive role models.
