Provides customer service and resident support in a student housing community. Assists with leasing, marketing, tours, social media, inquiries, resident records, move-ins and move-outs. Organizes community events, promotes inclusion, supports safety procedures, reports issues, assists with emergencies, and collaborates with housing staff. Requires evening, weekend, special-event, and emergency on-call availability.

Assists with apartment leasing, including prospect inquiries, property tours, application processing, lease preparation, renewals, and follow-up. Provides resident customer service, maintains lease files, inspects property and units, documents service requests, and supports move-ins. Conducts campus and local business marketing outreach, maintains prospect leads, monitors competitors, and assists the Community Manager with daily operations and resident needs.
