The Senior AI Platform Engineer will lead AI enablement projects across Campminder, collaborating with executives and teams to design AI tools that improve efficiency and empower users.

Lead design and adoption of a shared AI platform (retrieval/RAG, evaluation, observability) used across product teams. Drive cross-functional delivery of LLM/ML initiatives, make build vs. buy decisions, prototype to de-risk directions, define quality and trust metrics, and grow internal automation so teams can reuse platform capabilities in production.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will align the DevOps platform with modern practices, automate pipelines, mentor engineers, and integrate AI tooling across the organization.
