Teams at Campfire

Build and lead Campfire’s venture capital partnerships function from the ground up. Develop relationships with VC firms, accelerators, founders, and ecosystem partners; create referral, co-marketing, co-selling, and portfolio engagement programs; generate pipeline and revenue; track partnership performance; host events; and provide market intelligence. The role requires strong executive presence, established VC relationships, measurable partnership results, and frequent in-person attendance at San Francisco events.

Deliver partner bootcamps, administer certification, maintain external knowledge resources, support partner implementation readiness, update training materials as products evolve, and coordinate enablement logistics with partnership and accounting teams.

Own customer-facing integration setup and troubleshooting during onboarding. Configure connections between Campfire and ERPs, banks, payroll providers, CRMs, billing platforms, and data warehouses; validate data accuracy; resolve sync, mapping, and connectivity issues; document playbooks; and escalate code-related fixes to Engineering. Partner with Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering while translating technical issues for customers and managing multiple concurrent implementations.
