Sell new and used RVs through the company’s sales process, provide demonstrations, deliver high-quality customer service, close deals with the F&I team, follow up with customers, and pursue sales goals. The role requires product knowledge, awareness of RV market trends and inventory, event participation, strong communication, flexible scheduling, and the ability to perform physical tasks including moving RVs and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Sell RV financing, insurance, aftermarket products, warranties, and related programs to customers. Build lender relationships, secure competitive financing approvals, process deals accurately, comply with applicable regulations, and coordinate referrals with the sales department. Train sales staff on financing, leasing, and extended service programs while maintaining high ethical and customer-service standards.

Provides front-desk and telephone support, greets visitors, directs callers, manages messages, maintains reception and customer lounge areas, coordinates express mail, and assists with office supplies and clerical tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, multitasking, reliability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to learn company software. A high school diploma is required; one year of experience and dealership experience are preferred.
