Provide frontline hospitality and customer service: greet visitors, answer and direct calls, take messages, maintain reception area, handle mail and clerical tasks, order and stock supplies, and perform other duties as assigned. Full-time role with weekend availability.

Lead and supervise the service department team, manage technician schedules and productivity, ensure quality control and safety, train and mentor technicians, handle customer service from start to finish, perform inspections and maintain compliance with company and factory standards.

Sell new and used RV financing and insurance products, work with lenders to secure competitive rates, process financing deals accurately, ensure regulatory compliance, create sales-to-F&I referral processes, and train the sales team on finance and aftermarket programs.
