Provide administrative support to ensure efficient store operations and compliance. Serve as point of contact with corporate, assist with HR onboarding and payroll (Motility), maintain licenses and filing systems, produce correspondence and accounting reports, manage purchases and supplies, and connect employees to resources and issue resolution.

Follow a door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used motorhomes, demonstrate units, maintain product knowledge, close sales with the F&I team, provide high-integrity customer service, follow up with customers, attend RV shows and events, track market trends and inventory, generate ideas to exceed sales goals, and perform physical tasks including moving RVs and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Sell new and used RV financing and insurance products, secure competitive lender rates, process finance deals compliantly, train sales team, and maintain lender relationships.
