Execute and optimize CRM campaigns: configure bonuses, segment audiences, implement lifecycle communications, test promotions and journeys, monitor performance, and collaborate with content and CRM teams to improve engagement and retention.

Design, automate, and maintain deployment pipelines and infrastructure; manage DNS/CDN and security layers; drive IaC and monitoring to ensure scalable, reliable application delivery.
