Collaborates with university staff and faculty, maintains confidentiality, develops academic resources, and helps create a welcoming environment. The role may include daytime, evening, weekend, and special-event responsibilities.

Assists the head and assistant coaches with all aspects of the women's soccer program, including coaching the reserve team, managing team gear, and supporting team travel.

Supports university marketing and communications through digital content creation, social media, writing, photography, videography, graphic design, event coverage, campaign coordination, asset management, audience research, and performance reporting. Collaborates on integrated campaigns and provides administrative project support while developing skills in branding, storytelling, digital communications, and marketing analytics.
