Provide friendly customer service, operate POS and handle transactions, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, follow food-safety and cash-handling procedures, assist with opening/closing, and escalate customer issues to management.

Lead and manage company-wide accounts payable operations, supervise and develop an AP team, implement automation/AI tools, define KPIs, partner with Treasury/Accounting/IT, manage cash disbursements and vendor relationships, and drive process documentation and continuous improvement.

Evaluate customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, monitor accounts receivable, manage collections, resolve billing disputes, and partner with sales to balance credit risk and business growth while improving AR processes.
