Operate and maintain manual and CNC machine tools (including Rottler-controlled equipment) to recondition engine blocks and components, interpret blueprints, perform precision measurements, inspect parts, program CAM when needed, maintain records, troubleshoot machines, and follow safety protocols.

Plan and sequence upfitting work across technicians, bays, parts, and subcontractors; run MRP in Business Central to ensure parts availability; balance technician and bay loads; monitor orders to avoid conflicts; produce capacity and adherence reports; support S&OP conversations and continuous improvement of planning processes.
