Lead and develop a regional sales team for heavy equipment, driving revenue, market share, and customer relationships. Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, territory strategy, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Parts, Service, Rental, Finance, and Marketing. Travel throughout the region, support complex sales, resolve escalations, and ensure operational and safety compliance.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable: process and code invoices, match POs and receiving docs, obtain approvals, reconcile vendor statements, process payments, maintain vendor records, support operations and purchasing, manage AP inboxes and automation workflows, and identify process improvements.

Perform routine laboratory sample intake, testing, data registration, and analysis under supervision. Operate and learn to run instruments (viscometer, TBN/TAN, diluter, Waters), maintain cleanliness, follow safety and quality protocols, and assist with sample collection and disposal.
