Support aviation maintenance customer onboarding, administration, customer calls, data entry, cross-functional projects, analysis, research, and creation of documents, presentations, and reports. Manage day-to-day software support operations, including team leadership, escalations, SLA and KPI tracking, ticket administration, incident resolution, release support, customer communications, and continuous process improvement. Partner with Development, QA, Systems, and Operations to resolve defects and improve reliability. Maintain support procedures, knowledge bases, training materials, reporting, and team performance while ensuring customers receive timely, effective assistance.

Develops new business relationships and expansion opportunities for an aerospace SaaS marketplace. Responsibilities include prospecting targeted accounts, managing a sales pipeline, conducting consultative communications, delivering product demonstrations and proposals, meeting monthly targets, using Salesforce, and collaborating with Marketing. The role targets small and midsized business owners and requires independent work, strong relationship-building skills, and 10–20% travel for customer meetings and trade shows.
