Support execution of marketing programs and campaigns by tracking tasks in Asana, coordinating event logistics and trade shows, assisting social media scheduling and content formatting, updating creative assets and website/HubSpot items, and maintaining sales enablement materials. Ensure project organization, asset readiness, and post-campaign/event follow-up.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, billing/revenue validation, and sales compensation analysis. Build and validate Power BI and Excel reports, investigate variances, automate reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and financial visibility.

Serve as primary technical account lead for an OEM leased engine fleet, overseeing maintenance planning, tracking life-limited components, ensuring compliance with OEM/regulatory/lease requirements, processing maintenance records in CAMP, and building strong customer relationships while providing proactive technical and operational solutions.
