Coordinates marketing projects, calendars, assets, vendors, social media, content, customer events, and sales support. Responsibilities include scheduling and publishing social posts, drafting and proofreading short-form copy, maintaining marketing files and reports, coordinating conference logistics, and preparing event collateral. The role requires strong organization, communication, writing, proofreading, multitasking, and familiarity with HubSpot and social scheduling tools. Occasional event travel is required.

Develops financial models, forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow analyses; performs variance, KPI, reporting, and audit analyses; presents insights to leadership; improves financial systems and workflows; and provides cross-functional recommendations and ad hoc business analysis.

Support aviation maintenance customer onboarding, administration, customer calls, data entry, cross-functional projects, analysis, research, and creation of documents, presentations, and reports. Learn CAMP Systems’ maintenance tracking platform while contributing to customer experience and project execution. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
