Manage and develop a multidisciplinary software engineering team building web-based SaaS applications for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing electrical-grid IoT data. Responsibilities include resource planning, performance management, recruitment, retention, training, technical leadership, Agile delivery, technology standardization, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration with project managers and product owners.

Creates and maintains customer-facing product documentation, user guides, configuration materials, training content, release notes, and knowledge-base resources. Translates complex technical concepts into clear guidance by collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Services, Commercial teams, customers, and subject matter experts. Maintains documentation quality, governance, version control, information architecture, and content consistency. Uses AI-assisted tools to improve creation, review, discoverability, and knowledge management while validating content accuracy.

Owns the roadmap, performance, and improvement of hardware and embedded software products for low-voltage distribution networks. Researches customer needs and market trends, develops business cases and priorities, analyzes product costs and margins, and translates customer problems into requirements. Collaborates with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, and marketing on product development, validation, certification, launches, and field trials.
